Fit French Toast
French toast is one of those breakfasts we may view as just a fond memory of childhood, or life before we started counting macros, or "cleaning up" our nutrition. I'm here to tell you today, that you can still have the sweet, with just a touch of savory, warm, chewy toasty goodness you remember- with just a few grown up twists- that even the youngest critics will be sure to love!

Soak bread in egg mixture so it is covered on both sides, then add to warmed pan
Pour extra egg mixture over bread into pan
Cook until lightly browned on each side, about 5-7 minutes.

Frozen berries can work well here too- just pop them in the microwave to get warm and pour over french toast! Add organic turkey or chicken sausage to make this a more filling breakfast!
